I had dinner Thursday night at Sciortino?s Pizzeria, the new, casual Italian place in the former Miss Albany Diner in Albany?s warehouse district. It?s tasty food at prices that represent seriously good value. The chicken riggies entr?e, below, is $8.95, and, having had appetizers, I needed to bring half of it home.
Sciortino?s is located at 893 Broadway. It is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday, until 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday nights.

The pizza slices are large and cut into smaller sections. Draft beer and wine are only $4 a glass.
